Once you are in the wilderness, the five clues are the real gatekeeper. People often miss one because they are moving too fast. The head by the stump is easy to spot if you slow down. The tent is hard to ignore once you get close. The shirt and the wrecked car are the ones that can waste time, since they blend into the terrain a little. I would check the bridge area carefully, then head for the water last. That keeps the search tidy, and it saves a lot of backtracking.



Make the Spawn Happen



Finish all five clue checks.

Head back into Mount Chiliad State Wilderness after dark.

Move along the trails and watch the radar.

Wait for the red skull icon.

Once it appears, the Yeti is active and coming for you.



The fight is not subtle. The Yeti has a lot of health, so weak guns will only drag it out. Bring heavy hitters like a Minigun, Light Machine Gun, Assault Shotgun, or Heavy Sniper. Keep firing when it charges. If it gets too close, stop, break away, and reset the gap. That little rhythm matters more than fancy movement. Shoot, move, breathe, repeat. A lot of players try to stand their ground and get flattened for it.



What You Get For Finishing



After enough damage, the Yeti goes down and the hunt ends right there. The Outfit is unlocked automatically, and the cash reward lands in your Maze Bank account without extra steps. If you were doing it for the gear, that is the payoff. If you were doing it just to say you beat the beast, fair enough.
